Wingman Growth Partners Expands Investment Team with Zoe Markowitz as Associate

GREENWICH, Conn., Sep. 8, 2025—Wingman Growth Partners, an investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data, and financial technology businesses, announced today that Zoe Markowitz has joined the firm as an Associate. In this role, Zoe will focus on sourcing and executing new investment opportunities, as well as supporting portfolio company initiatives. 

Zoe brings five years of experience investing in enterprise software companies and joins Wingman Growth Partners from H.I.G. Growth, the dedicated technology growth fund within H.I.G. Capital. At H.I.G., she was responsible for sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio management, and worked on numerous investments across software and technology-enabled services. Prior to H.I.G., Zoe began her career at K1 Investment Management, a $20 billion growth equity firm focused exclusively on enterprise software. During her tenure at K1, she evaluated hundreds of B2B SaaS companies and supported the execution of three platform investments, along with multiple add-on acquisitions.

Zoe holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and is a member of the Synergist Network, a national nonprofit organization supporting women in investing roles.
