Before joining the Wingman crew, Eric served as Vice President at Vista Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled businesses, stewarding over $100 billion in assets.1
As a key member of the Endeavor Fund, Eric piloted investments in small-cap and growth-stage B2B software companies, with a particular knack for identifying vertical market software leaders and ensuring their trajectory stayed on course.
Prior to his time at Vista, Eric helped launch Blackstone Growth’s inaugural $4.5 billion fund, targeting enterprise software investments and building the infrastructure for high-velocity growth. His earlier roles at KKR Growth and Vista’s Foundation Fund gave him the flight hours and operational discipline needed to support founders at pivotal inflection points.
Eric holds a BS in Management Science and Engineering and an MA in Public Policy from Stanford University, where he was also a Division 1 soccer player—demonstrating both teamwork and endurance, traits he brings to every boardroom and cockpit alike. Based in New York City with his fiancée, Eric is an avid fitness enthusiast and Premier League fan, always ready for the next challenge—on the field or in the air.
