Before founding Wingman, Jeff was a Partner and Investment Committee Member at Brighton Park Capital, a technology-focused growth equity that scaled to nearly $3 billion in assets under management during his tenure.1 There, he co-piloted investments across software, data, fintech, and tech-enabled services — consistently guiding companies through transformational climbs.
Prior to Brighton Park, Jeff served as a Vice President at General Atlantic, where he led investments in high-growth technology companies. He also helped launch General Atlantic’s sourcing analyst program, building a radar system for identifying proprietary, thematic deal opportunities across the globe. Jeff's flight path also includes time at TA Associates, where he was involved in several notable investments. He began his career in Citigroup’s Investment Banking division, focusing on M&A in the financial technology and asset management sectors.
Jeff earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a BBA in Finance. He lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife and two children — and when he's not guiding founders, he's often found in the cockpit himself as an instrument-rated private pilot.

Before joining the Wingman crew, Eric served as Vice President at Vista Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled businesses, stewarding over $100 billion in assets.1
As a key member of the Endeavor Fund, Eric piloted investments in small-cap and growth-stage B2B software companies, with a particular knack for identifying vertical market software leaders and ensuring their trajectory stayed on course.
Prior to his time at Vista, Eric helped launch Blackstone Growth’s inaugural $4.5 billion fund, targeting enterprise software investments and building the infrastructure for high-velocity growth. His earlier roles at KKR Growth and Vista’s Foundation Fund gave him the flight hours and operational discipline needed to support founders at pivotal inflection points.
Eric holds a BS in Management Science and Engineering and an MA in Public Policy from Stanford University, where he was also a Division 1 soccer player—demonstrating both teamwork and endurance, traits he brings to every boardroom and cockpit alike. Based in New York City with his fiancée, Eric is an avid fitness enthusiast and Premier League fan, always ready for the next challenge—on the field or in the air.

As the founder and CEO of ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM), Henry charted a course from start-up to public company, establishing ZoomInfo as a market leader in go-to-market intelligence.

SK Ra is a senior associate at Wingman Growth Partners, where he plays a key role in identifying and executing every investment through all stages of their journey. Before joining Wingman, SK served as an associate at Hg Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on software and tech-enabled businesses, managing over $70 billion in assets. As a founding member of the Mercury Fund’s US team, SK led investments in small-cap and growth-stage B2B vertical software companies, particularly developing an eye for finding leaders in financial services and legaltech, as well as ensuring existing partner companies correct course when they fall off their path.
Before joining Hg, SK was an investment banker in the Technology M&A group at Evercore in New York, advising a wide spectrum of technology companies on complex M&A and IPO transactions, as well as working with private equity firms in their investments.
SK holds a BS in Finance and Statistics from New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business. SK is also an Executive Committee member of Korea Finance Society, the largest professional network of global Korean finance professionals. SK also serves on the board of directors of Korean American Family Service Center, a non-profit organization that strives for the prevention of domestic violence, sexual assault and relationship abuse. Based in Stamford with his girlfriend, SK is a die-hard Manchester United fan and tries his best to be a fitness enthusiast to offset his overpowering love for food.
Aiden Silverstein is an Analyst at Wingman Growth Partners, where he plays a key role in identifying and diligencing new investment opportunities - constantly scanning the horizon for promising software, data, and financial technology businesses. Before joining Wingman, Aiden was part of the real estate investment team at InterVest Capital Partners, evaluating commercial and residential opportunities across the capital stack. He previously worked at Predictis—an Alpine Investors-backed platform focused on software-enabled data businesses—and helped lead sourcing efforts at Griot Partners, a private equity firm focused on infrastructure and industrial sectors.
Aiden is currently completing his BBA in Finance and Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Outside the office, he’s an avid skier and passionate golfer—always looking for the next slope or fairway to tackle.
Brian Malone is the CFO at Wingman Growth Partners, bringing over four decades of financial leadership across the US, Europe, and the UK. As the financial “ground control” for early-stage and high-growth companies, Brian specializes in establishing the systems, checks, and operational discipline that keep organizations running smoothly from the hangar to the runway, with a career spanning biotech startups, global asset managers, and venture capital funds. Brian has served as a board member and interim CFO for a range of early-stage and venture-backed companies in technology, healthcare, and fund management. Previously, he was CFO at Life Biosciences, where he oversaw business planning, finance, and operations for a portfolio of innovative biotech ventures. Prior to Life Biosciences, Brian spent six years as CFO of Longwood Fund Management, working across the fund manager and portfolio companies.
Brian holds a BSc with honors from University College Dublin, a Master’s in Information Technology, and is a Chartered Accountant. He also teaches as an adjunct professor at UCD.
