Prior to Brighton Park, Jeff served as a Vice President at General Atlantic, where he led investments in high-growth technology companies. He also helped launch General Atlantic’s sourcing analyst program, building a radar system for identifying proprietary, thematic deal opportunities across the globe. Jeff's flight path also includes time at TA Associates, where he was involved in several notable investments. He began his career in Citigroup’s Investment Banking division, focusing on M&A in the financial technology and asset management sectors.
Jeff earned his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and graduated with honors from the University of Miami with a BBA in Finance. He lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife and two children — and when he's not guiding founders, he's often found in the cockpit himself as an instrument-rated private pilot.

Before joining the Wingman crew, Eric served as Vice President at Vista Equity Partners, a leading private equity firm focused on software and technology-enabled businesses, stewarding over $100 billion in assets.1
As a key member of the Endeavor Fund, Eric piloted investments in small-cap and growth-stage B2B software companies, with a particular knack for identifying vertical market software leaders and ensuring their trajectory stayed on course.
Prior to his time at Vista, Eric helped launch Blackstone Growth’s inaugural $4.5 billion fund, targeting enterprise software investments and building the infrastructure for high-velocity growth. His earlier roles at KKR Growth and Vista’s Foundation Fund gave him the flight hours and operational discipline needed to support founders at pivotal inflection points.
Eric holds a BS in Management Science and Engineering and an MA in Public Policy from Stanford University, where he was also a Division 1 soccer player—demonstrating both teamwork and endurance, traits he brings to every boardroom and cockpit alike. Ron Totaro is an Operating Advisor at Wingman Growth Partners, bringing over 25 years of executive leadership and operational excellence across software, data, and technology-enabled services. A proven operator and value-creation partner, Ron helps founders and management teams scale efficiently, strengthen go-to-market execution, and chart sustainable growth trajectories.
Throughout his career, Ron has held several leadership roles, including CEO of Tassat Group, CEO of Partsearch Technologies (acquired by Best Buy), and senior executive positions at Pitney Bowes, ACI Worldwide, and FICO. Across these organizations, he consistently accelerated revenue growth, executed transformative M&A, and built high-performing global teams.
Ron has also served as a trusted advisor and board member to leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, Accel-KKR, Bregal Sagemount, and Greater Sum Ventures. He is a member of the Bain Advisory Network and previously served as an Operating Partner at GE Capital, where he helped develop and implement a repeatable framework for strategic and operational excellence across dozens of portfolio companies.
Earlier in his career, Ron held strategy and financial services leadership roles at American Express and Accenture, laying the foundation for his enduring focus on disciplined execution and data-driven decision-making. Cheri Reeve is the Chief Financial Officer at Wingman Growth Partners, where she leads all aspects of the firm’s finance, reporting, and operations. As the financial steward of both the management company and investment vehicles, Cheri designs the systems, controls, and processes that keep Wingman’s platform running smoothly—from the first capital call to final distribution—so the rest of the crew can stay focused on finding and growing exceptional software businesses.
Cheri joins Wingman after nearly fifteen years at Atlas Holdings LLC, a global investment firm, where she most recently served as Principal & Chief Financial Officer and, subsequently, Senior Advisor. In that role, she had senior responsibility for the finance functions of Atlas Holdings and its related entities, including Atlas Funds and associated investment vehicles. Over her tenure, she helped guide the firm through significant growth, launching multiple funds, building a high-performing finance and back-office team, and cultivating strong relationships with lending institutions. Colleagues have long credited her combination of technical expertise, calm under pressure, and unwavering integrity as foundational to Atlas’s ability to scale.
Earlier in her career, Cheri served as Controller at Commonfund, where she oversaw financial reporting and controls for a leading institutional asset manager, and as Accounting Manager at Care Technologies, Inc. Altogether, she brings more than three decades of experience spanning operating companies, asset management, and private equity finance.
Cheri holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairfield University, where she was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society, and a B.S. in Business, Marketing & Communications from the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, where she graduated on the Dean’s List. SK Ra is a Senior Associate at Wingman Growth Partners, where he plays a key role in identifying and executing every investment through all stages of their journey. Before joining Wingman, SK served as an associate at Hg Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on software and tech-enabled businesses, managing over $70 billion in assets. As a founding member of the Mercury Fund’s US team, SK led investments in small-cap and growth-stage B2B vertical software companies, particularly developing an eye for finding leaders in financial services and legaltech, as well as ensuring existing partner companies correct course when they fall off their path.
Before joining Hg, SK was an investment banker in the Technology M&A group at Evercore in New York, advising a wide spectrum of technology companies on complex M&A and IPO transactions, as well as working with private equity firms in their investments.
SK holds a BS in Finance and Statistics from New York University’s Leonard Stern School of Business. SK is also an Executive Committee member of Korea Finance Society, the largest professional network of global Korean finance professionals. SK also serves on the board of directors of Korean American Family Service Center, a non-profit organization that strives for the prevention of domestic violence, sexual assault and relationship abuse. Based in Stamford, SK is a die-hard Manchester United fan and tries his best to be a fitness enthusiast to offset his overpowering love for food.
Zoe Markowitz is an Associate at Wingman Growth Partners, where she brings precision, energy, and a sharp eye for opportunities to every stage of the investment journey. From initial sourcing to final execution, Zoe partners closely with founders and teams to chart their course and accelerate growth with clarity and confidence.
Before joining the Wingman crew, Zoe was an Associate at H.I.G. Growth Partners, the growth equity arm of H.I.G. Capital’s $70 billion investment platform. There, she focused on investing in B2B SaaS and tech-enabled services companies, leading outbound efforts to identify category-leading companies and supporting portfolio teams through critical growth phases.
Zoe began her investing career at K1 Investment Management, where she focused exclusively on enterprise software. At K1, she helped steer multiple transactions and conducted deep dives into hundreds of software companies - building the pattern recognition and executional rigor that now power her work at Wingman.
Zoe earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan. She's also an active member of The Synergist Network, a national nonprofit supporting women in investing. Based in New York City, Zoe enjoys pilates, country music,and exploring new corners of the city. Vedant Gupta is a Senior Analyst at Wingman Growth Partners, where he focuses on SaaS growth equity investments. He works across the full investment lifecycle, partnering closely with the team to evaluate opportunities, lead diligence, and execute transactions, with particular emphasis on structuring, negotiation, and portfolio optimization. Vedant is known for his ability to drive processes forward and see complex deals through to completion.
Prior to Wingman, Vedant was part of the investment team at Aldrich Capital Partners, where he evaluated and executed investments in B2B vertical SaaS businesses across healthtech, compliance, and project management. His responsibilities included portfolio valuations, LP communications, and leading deal processes, alongside active involvement in board discussions and advising management teams on strategic and growth initiatives. During this time, he served as a board observer for SpinSci, OnePlan, and Compliancy Group, and closed multiple platform investments.
Earlier in his career, Vedant worked as an offshore investment banker at TresVista, supporting Evercore’s Private Capital Advisory division. He was involved in the execution of complex LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions, contributing to sale-portfolio analysis, fund modelling, and fundraise processes across global private equity markets. This experience shaped his grounding in disciplined underwriting, transaction mechanics, and stakeholder coordination.
Vedant holds a BSc. (Hons.) in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and has additional academic exposure in actuarial science. Based in India, he is an avid mountain climber who has summited peaks above 14,000 feet, a frequent traveller, and a dedicated movie connoisseur.
Anuj Shankar is an Investment Analyst at Wingman Growth Partners, where he helps evaluate and execute investments in mission-critical software and technology-enabled businesses. From early-stage market mapping to detailed financial modelling and investment committee materials, Anuj keeps the instruments calibrated on every deal, working closely with the rest of the Wingman team to identify durable business models, underwrite risk, and support founders as they scale.
Before joining Wingman, Anuj was an Investment Analyst at Aldrich Capital Partners, a growth equity firm focused on software and tech-enabled services. At Aldrich, he worked across the full deal lifecycle, sourcing opportunities, building operating and returns models, conducting customer and market work, and supporting portfolio value-creation initiatives, giving him foundational experience in software and technology investing.
Anuj began his career at Aurigin in Bangalore, a deal-origination platform that connects companies with global investors, where he worked as an Investment Banking Executive coordinating with buy-side firms and helping originate and structure mandates. He then joined TresVista in Mumbai, where he focused on research and financial analysis for global private equity and investment firms, working on sector and company deep dives, benchmarking exercises, and investment materials that strengthened his understanding of how investors assess risk, growth, and capital allocation.
Anuj earned his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from Christ University in Bangalore, India. He is a CFA charterholder and is based in Bangalore and, outside of work, can usually be found with a violin in hand or on a football pitch.
Ted Wu is an Analyst at Wingman Growth Partners, where he supports all stages of the investment process—from market mapping and company research to financial analysis and investment committee materials. With a background that spans biotech, M&A advisory, and applied research, Ted brings a data-driven mindset and a calm, analytical presence to every mission in the Wingman cockpit.
Before joining Wingman, Ted was an Analyst at AZL Capital, a boutique advisory firm, where he worked on sell-side mandates in the aerospace and defense sector. There, he screened potential acquirers, researched industry trends, and practiced core transaction models including DCF and LBO, gaining early pattern recognition around mission-critical businesses and capital allocation.
He also gained operating experience at Spear Bio, a Boston-area biotech startup, contributing to product roadmap development, competitive analysis, and investor targeting for an upcoming financing round, while assisting with budgeting and forecasting.
Ted has further honed his strategic and analytical toolkit as an Associate Consultant with Dartmouth Consulting Group and as a research assistant at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where he contributed to work on potential cancer therapeutics.
Ted is currently pursuing a B.A. in Biology and Economics at Dartmouth College, where he is a Rufus Choate Scholar (top 5% of his class) and a graduate of the Tuck Business Bridge Program.
Outside the office and classroom, he enjoys hiking, golf, lacrosse, Italian food, and Premier League soccer—balancing time in the deal cockpit with time outdoors and on the field.
