Wingman Growth Partners Appoints Ron Totaro as Operating Partner

GREENWICH, Conn., Nov. 7, 2025—Wingman Growth Partners, an investment firm focused exclusively on enterprise software, data, and financial technology businesses, today announced the appointment of Ron Totaro as Operating Partner. In this role, Ron will work closely with the firm’s investment team and portfolio companies, leveraging his deep operational expertise to drive value creation, strengthen go-to-market execution, and support scaling initiatives.

Ron brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and operational experience to Wingman Growth Partners. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership and CEO roles across high growth software, data, and technology enabled services businesses, including serving as CEO of Tassat Group and Partsearch Technologies. Ron has also held senior executive positions at Pitney Bowes, ACI Worldwide, and FICO and has served as a trusted advisor and board member to leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including Goldman Sachs, Advent International, Bregal Sagemount, Insight Partners, and Accel-KKR. Ron’s experience also includes leadership roles at GE Capital, American Express and Accenture.
